(Columbus, OH) – Rural USA PAC, which supports candidates for public office who champion the values of our rural communities, announced today that they have purchased and put up billboards highlighting former President Trump’s decision to stage a photo op at Section 60 in Arlington National Cemetery. The billboards will remain up through the election.

The billboards are located around Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Warner Robins Air Force Base is the largest single-site industrial complex in Georgia. It employs nearly 22,000 civilians, contractors and military members.

“These billboards are a reminder that Donald Trump has a long history of undermining America’s military in private and then using them for political gain in public,” said Chris Gibbs President of Rural USA PAC. “Georgians who serve and support our military know that Arlington is no place for campaign stops. Our goal is to ensure that through Election Day Donald Trump’s record of disrespecting those in uniform isn’t lost among the other things he will do to undermine broadly shared American values.”

Locations of Warner Robins Air Force Base area billboards:

  • Watson Boulevard east of Carl Vinson Parkway
  • South Houston Lake Road, North of Glenwood Ave
  • The intersection of Highway 247 and Highway 41
